MEXX: The Netherlands-based trend-reflecter launches three stores in New York, its first in the U.S. Think urban-chic with cheap, of-the-minute merch for men and women, from quilted satin bomber jackets to military-inspired gear. 650 Fifth Ave., at 52nd St. (opens Wednesday), 19 Union Square, at 15th St., and Westchester Mall in White Plains (both open Oct. 11).
RALPH CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN: Just when you thought he had finally covered the universe, Christian louboutin finds a corner that he has yet to burnish to Polo perfection.
